  1. Is your food Halal?

    Yes, our food sources & appointed kicthens are MUIS certified.

  2. How can I place my order?

    You can place order by submitting your request via our Online Order Form.

    An Order Confirmation will be emailed to you once your order details have been finallised. A 20% deposit of the invoice value is required for your order confirmation.

  3. How soon will I get a reply when I submit an online enquiry?

    Our usual response time is within 1 working day (during office hours) upon receiving your enquiry.

  4. How many days in advance do I need to order?

    All orders must be confirmed at least 10 days in advance.

    For urgent orders: minimum lead time required is 3 days (subject to availability of schedule).

  5. What payment options do you accept?

    We accept cash or company cheques upon delivery.

    You will be given the payment details once we confirm the order.

  6. Is there a delivery charge?

    Yes, a $30 & $50 delivery charge is applicable for bento & buffet orders respectively.

  7. Is setting up of tables included for buffet order?

    Yes, table set-up, warmers, disposable cutleries, crockeries and serviettes are included when you place a buffet or high tea order for the minimum pax required.

    For mini buffet order, table set-up and warmers are optional. You may opt to deliver the food in disposable party pack. Disposable cutleries, crockeries and serviettes are included for both delivery options.

    Extra disposable plates, cutleries, special table setups and non-standard items are available upon request; additional charges apply accordingly.

  8. Do you provide chairs & tables for rental?

    Yes, we offer plastic chairs, square & round tables for rental at a nominal charge.

  9. When will you collect the set-up?

    Full should be consumed within 2 hours from meal time (or within 3 hours from setup time). The set-up is generally collected 4 hours from the set-uptime.

  10. Can I cancel or change my order after confirmation?

  12. What if I do not meet the minimum guests requirement but I really like your menu?

    We will adjust the unit price accordingly.

  13. Can I customize my menu?

    Yes, you can submit your request via our Request For Customized Menu form.

  14. What if I do not meet the minimum head count and/or order value but I really want to cater your food?

    The unit price will be adjusted accordingly. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
