Terms and Conditions
Ordering

All orders must be placed a minimum of 5 working days to one week prior to the event
date.

Urgent orders are subject to scheudle availability.

During feative seasons, please send in your orders at least 2 weeks before the event
date.
Transportation Charge

A $35 transportation charge is applicable for bento delivery within
Singapore island.

A $50 transportation charge is applicable for buffet and $40 for party
set delivery within Singapore island. Additional sucharge is applicable for CBD area.

Additional surcharge is applicable for non-lift landing venue, walk-up appartment or
venue that has difficulty to access via trolley.

Deposit
A 20% of invoiced amount is required as acceptance of the order confirmation.
Order Amendment
Any form of amendments must be made at least 3 working days prior to the event date. All
amendment subjected to management approval and availability.
Order Cancellation/Postponement
For order cancellation/postponement 5 days prior to the event date,
50% of the invoiced amount will be charged accordingly.
For order cancellation/postponement 3 days prior to the event date,
75% of the invoiced amount will be charged accordingly.
For order cancellation/postponement 2 days prior to the event date,
100% of the invoiced amount will be charged accordingly.
Delivery & Collection
We normally deliver between 7am to 7pm.
Our collection time is until 10pm.
For morning events that require delivery prior to 7am, an additional $60 surcharge is
applicable.
For next day collection, a $80 charge is applicable.
